SOUS CHEF
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
2+ years experience in a similar role
High-volume stand-alone restaurants’ experience
Leading a large-scale culinary team in a fast-paced kitchen operation
American cuisine experience is desirable and preferable
