Commis – Hot Kitchen

Chef De Partie
Chef De Cusine
Sous Chef Chinese (Junior Sous Chef)

Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role at a luxury five-star resort/restaurant/hotel

Fluent communication in English spoken and written.
Must be able to ensure a fine taste of the food and deliver the best guest experience
