Kids Club Attendant Vacancy at JA The Resort Dubai Job Summary: This position is responsible in assisting the daily operational requirements of Cool Zone and Chill Zone.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist guests with inquiries and complaints related to Cool Zone and Chill Zone.
Assist and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all checklists, daily statistics, logbooks, and liability forms.
Maintain and supply water within the Cool and Chill Zone.
Maintain and supply set-up, cutlery, and crockery for daily buffet set-up in the Cool Zone.
Demonstrate full knowledge of all equipment and activities in Cool Zone and Chill Zone.
Timely attendance on daily outdoor rounds.
Maintain clean and orderly work surrounding the Cool Zone and Chill Zone area.
Ensure proper handover between shifts to the next Cool Zone Coordinator on duty.
Assist and maintain guest information and notice board, making sure details are accurate, up to date and relevant.
