Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

Restaurant Supervisor, Location: Bedrock – Upmarket Sports Bar and Restaurant

What You’ll Do:
– Lead the Team: Oversee the daily operations, ensuring a high standard of service and a positive atmosphere for both guests and staff.
– Guest Experience: Welcome guests, manage reservations, and address any issues or special requests to guarantee a memorable experience.
– Training and Mentoring: Train and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on excellent service and teamwork.
– Quality Control:** Uphold Bedrock’s standards in food and beverage presentation, cleanliness, and overall ambiance.
– Inventory and Supplies: Monitor stock levels and work with suppliers to maintain adequate levels of premium products.

What We’re Looking For:
– Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within an upscale restaurant or bar with experience of the job demands mentioned above.
– Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
– Guest-Oriented: A warm, approachable manner and a commitment to creating outstanding guest experiences.
– Problem-Solver: Quick thinking and able to resolve issues calmly and effectively.
– Passion for Hospitality: Enthusiasm for providing high-quality food and beverages in an exciting, upmarket sports bar environment.
