The C Hotel and Suites Doha is looking for a Guest Service Agent to join our team! We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals with hotel experience who can deliver exceptional guest service and create memorable experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries efficiently.
• Manage reservations and ensure accurate guest information.
• Address and resolve guest concerns in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
• Uphold hotel standards and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements:

✔ Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality role is required.
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
✔ Ability to handle guest requests professionally and efficiently.
✔ Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and front desk operations.
✔ Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
