GM Secretary – 72 Hotel Sharjah
Job Summary: 72 Hotel Sharjah is looking for a highly organized and professional GM Secretary to provide administrative support to the General Manager. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information.
🔹 Responsibilities of a GM Secretary in Sharjah:
✔ Manage the General Manager’s schedule, meetings, and appointments.
✔ Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
✔ Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
✔ Maintain confidential records and files securely.
✔ Coordinate with departments and external stakeholders.
✔ Assist in organizing corporate events and business functions.
✔ Ensure smooth office operations and administrative efficiency.
🔹 Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
✔ Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Secretary or Executive Assistant.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
