Job Summary: 72 Hotel Sharjah is seeking an experienced and motivated SPA Supervisor to lead our luxury spa operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a deep understanding of spa treatments and wellness services.

🔹 SPA Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

✔ Oversee daily spa operations and ensure smooth service flow.
✔ Supervise and train spa therapists and support staff.
✔ Maintain high hygiene, safety, and service standards.
✔ Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
✔ Develop and implement spa treatment programs and promotions.
✔ Monitor inventory, equipment, and product usage.
✔ Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
✔ Work closely with the hotel’s F&B and wellness teams to enhance guest experiences.

🔹 Requirements:

✔ Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Spa Supervisor or Spa Manager.
✔ In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, massages, and wellness therapies.
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to manage team performance and guest satisfaction.
✔ Proficiency in spa management software and booking systems is a plus.
✔ Certification in spa therapies or wellness management is preferred.
