Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily housekeeping operations.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness standards are maintained throughout the resort.
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff, ensuring high levels of efficiency and performance.
  • Monitor inventory and ensure adequate supply of cleaning materials and amenities.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and facilities meet Jumeirah’s standards.
  • Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
