Assistant HR Manager – SFC Group Dubai

About SFC GROUP: SFC GROUP is currently seeking an Assistant HR Manager to join our team. We are a leading organization in the hospitality industry committed to excellence in talent acquisition, training, and performance management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in leading Talent Acquisition, Training & Performance Management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, grooming, and HR analytics skills.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a must.
  • Master’s or equivalent graduate degree in Human Resources or related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruitment and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Lead performance management initiatives and provide guidance to managers and employees.
  • Analyze HR data to drive strategic decision-making and improve HR processes.
  • Maintain compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to support organizational goals and objectives.
