Demi Chef De Partie | Hilltop Gardens Retirement Village | Naxxar | Malta
Hilltop Gardens Retirement Village is looking for a Demi Chef De Partie to join their kitchen brigade.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the production, preparation, and presentation of all food items to ensure the highest quality at all times, including the employees’ restaurant
- Establish and maintain effective employee relations and interdepartmental working relationships
- Continuously liaise closely with the Chef de Partie to take care and control the section
- Conduct on-the-job training sessions with the Commis Chefs
- Provide optimal customer experience through conflict resolution, creativity and consistently working proactively in delivering high-quality results and providing thoughtful and anticipatory service.
Requirements:
- A good standard of education and being computer literate
- Resident-oriented with a customer service mindset
- Have previous experience in a similar role
- Willing and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Currently residing in Malta
