Warehouse Supervisor – Flowtronix LLC, Abu Dhabi

Flowtronix LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods in a busy warehouse setting. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience in the UAE or from their home country, although freshers in the UAE are also encouraged to apply. The role involves managing inventory, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and optimizing warehouse operations to meet company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order picking, and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage capacities.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics departments to fulfill orders efficiently.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in Abu Dhabi.
