Commis Chef – SUSHISAMBA Riyadh

SUSHISAMBA Riyadh is looking for enthusiastic and skilled Commis Chefs to join our culinary team. As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes according to restaurant standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior chefs in preparing ingredients and cooking dishes.
  • Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistent food quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
  • Help with food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables and butchering meat.
  • Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory management.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and sanitation practices.
  • Learn and develop culinary skills under the guidance of experienced chefs.
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment or culinary training preferred.
  • Basic understanding of cooking techniques and food safety standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
