Chef de Partie – SUSHISAMBA Riyadh

SUSHISAMBA Riyadh is seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and taste are maintained.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute culinary dishes according to recipes and specifications.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of commis chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety practices.
  • Assist in menu planning, inventory management, and ordering of supplies.
  • Monitor and control food wastage to minimize costs.
  • Ensure timely preparation and presentation of dishes during service.
  • Collaborate with the sous chef and executive chef to develop new menu items.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are beneficial.
