Bartender – SUSHISAMBA Riyadh

SUSHISAMBA Riyadh is seeking talented and passionate Bartender to join our dynamic team and deliver exceptional beverage experiences to our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting innovative cocktails, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the bar.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of high-quality cocktails and beverages.
• Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations on drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and tools.
• Follow recipes and guidelines for preparing cocktails and other beverages.
• Uphold beverage and alcohol regulations and ensure responsible service of alcohol.
• Monitor and manage inventory, including stock levels and supplies.
• Collaborate with the bar team to ensure efficient and smooth operation during service.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries and requests promptly.
• Assist in opening and closing duties, including setup and cleanup of the bar area.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a busy restaurant or bar setting.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktail preparation, mixology, and beverage service.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• TIPS or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are beneficial.
