About the Role:

As a Lobby Ambassador at Millennium Place Dubai, you will be the face of our hotel, playing a pivotal role in ensuring guests feel comfortable, informed, and well-cared for from the moment they step through our doors. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service and fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere for all guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering assistance with luggage and directions.
• Be a readily available point of contact, answering guest questions about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Proactively identify guest needs and provide personalized service, exceeding expectations.
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes (may vary depending on hotel policy).
• Manage queues and ensure a smooth flow of guest traffic within the lobby.
• Promote hotel facilities, services, and special offers.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby environment.
• Uphold the hotel’s high standards for safety and security.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Stay informed about hotel events and promotions to effectively answer guest inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality role (e.g., guest services, concierge) or a related field.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and exceeding expectations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for creating a welcoming environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
