As an Events Manager, you will oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring seamless coordination and outstanding results.


Events Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning and Coordination:
    • Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, including corporate gatherings, weddings, and private functions.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into actionable plans.
    • Develop detailed event proposals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Manage and lead a team of event staff, including coordinators, vendors, and on-site personnel.
    • Provide clear direction and ensure all team members align with event goals.
  • Vendor and Client Relations:
    • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Budget Management:
    • Develop and adhere to event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
    • Monitor expenses and provide detailed financial reports for each event.
  • On-Site Event Management:
    • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
    • Handle last-minute changes or challenges with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure all events reflect the luxury standards of Bab Al Qasr Hotel.
    • Collect and act on client feedback to continuously improve event offerings.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an Events Manager in a luxury hospitality setting.
  • Key Skills:
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Creativity and problem-solving capabilities to handle on-the-spot challenges.
    • Budgeting and financial management expertise.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Proficient in event management software and tools.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Personal Attributes:
