Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.
• Supervise front office operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage departments to maintain operational efficiency.
• Monitor security and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
• Train and mentor front desk staff and other relevant team members.
• Manage hotel occupancy, room allocations, and VIP guest arrangements.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on hotel operations, guest feedback, and service performance.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar hotel management role.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
• Knowledge of hotel management software and front desk operations.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Currently available in the UAE.
