Cluster Sales Manager – Leisure, Th8 Palm Dubai Beach Resort
Th8 Palm Dubai Beach Resort, part of the Vignette Collection, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster Sales Manager for our Leisure segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving leisure sales across multiple properties, developing strategies to maximize revenue, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive leisure sales across the cluster of properties.
- Identify and target key leisure markets, including tour operators, travel agents, and online travel agencies (OTAs).
- Manage and grow relationships with key partners and clients in the leisure segment.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that attract leisure travelers.
- Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and presentations to potential clients.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with the company’s policies and brand standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales within the hospitality industry, with a focus on leisure.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the leisure travel market in the Middle East.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple properties.
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
