Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Oversee, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and professionalism.
• Monitor and manage the restaurant’s budget, ensuring financial goals are met.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure timely availability of food, beverages, and equipment.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and increase satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Analyze sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the food and beverage industry, including trends and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and tools is a plus.
