Walk In Drive in Hyderabad Available Positions:
1. Operator Assembly
- Qualification: ITI (Fitter & Apprentice – NCVT)
- Experience: 3 to 8 years
- Skills: Aerospace assembly, drilling, reaming, riveting, fastener installation, engineering drawings, hand tools & cutting tools.
2. CMM Operator / Programmer / Incharge
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (1 to 8 years) or Diploma (4 to 11 years)
- Skills: Zeiss & Hexagon CMMs, programming & conventional inspection, GDBT, NC handling, MRB process.
3. Machine Operator (Machine Shop / Machining)
- Qualification: Diploma – Mechanical / Tool & Die Making
- Experience: 2 to 4 years
- Skills: CNC machine operations (3 & 5-axis), job setup techniques, deburring, fixture assembly, Siemens & Mazatrol controllers, Flexi CAM machining.
4. Special Process – Operator
- Qualification: Diploma Metallurgy / Mechanical
- Experience: 1 to 3 years
- Skills: Special process work including heat treatment, thermal coating, EBW & brazing.
5. Machine Shop Supervisor
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech
- Experience: 8 to 12 years
- Skills: CNC operations, troubleshooting, quality control, safety enforcement, technical drawings, long cylinder/shaft machining.
