Executive Chef (Local & Expat) – Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our Food Production and Stewarding operations. The ideal candidate will:

  • Manage all kitchen functions to achieve optimum profitability, food quality, and sanitation.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge, including ingredients, equipment, and current trends, and adjust kitchen operations accordingly.
  • Develop new dishes, standard recipes, and maintain accurate costing for all menu items.
  • Continuously analyze sales, costs, and food issuing levels.

Your Skills & Experiences:

  • Diploma from a reputable Hospitality Management or Culinary school is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing culinary operations in hotels, particularly in key cities or resort destinations globally.
  • High professionalism with strong HR management and business acumen skills.
  • Fluent in English.
