Executive Chef (Local & Expat) – Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our Food Production and Stewarding operations. The ideal candidate will:
- Manage all kitchen functions to achieve optimum profitability, food quality, and sanitation.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge, including ingredients, equipment, and current trends, and adjust kitchen operations accordingly.
- Develop new dishes, standard recipes, and maintain accurate costing for all menu items.
- Continuously analyze sales, costs, and food issuing levels.
Your Skills & Experiences:
- Diploma from a reputable Hospitality Management or Culinary school is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing culinary operations in hotels, particularly in key cities or resort destinations globally.
- High professionalism with strong HR management and business acumen skills.
- Fluent in English.
