Job Overview: Conrad Dubai is seeking a skilled and passionate Chef De Partie to join our culinary team. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for a specific section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes, and ensuring smooth operations within their designated area.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes within the designated section.
  • Assist the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in menu planning and development.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to ensure high culinary standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques.
  • Handle guest inquiries and special requests related to the culinary section.
  • Participate in kitchen inspections and maintain accurate records as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a high-end hotel or restaurant.
  • Strong culinary skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
