Bab Al Qasr Hotel, a luxury icon in the heart of Abu Dhabi, is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The Sales Executive will play a vital role in supporting the hotel’s sales efforts by building relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the achievement of revenue goals. Sales Executive Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Actively seek and develop relationships with potential new clients.
- Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities in corporate, leisure, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segments.
- Conduct sales calls, site visits, and presentations to promote Bab Al Qasr Hotel’s services.
- Sales Support:
- Assist the Sales Manager in preparing proposals, contracts, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and enhance market share.
- Revenue Generation:
- Actively contribute to achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Promote and upsell hotel services, packages, and amenities to maximize revenue.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Key Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
