Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Food Beverage Manager at the Royal Tulip Springhill Resort Jimbaran. The role involves overseeing food service operations, managing food & beverage offerings, ensuring customer service excellence, providing training to staff, and handling budgeting responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role as a Assistant Food Beverage Manager
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Creative and innovative approach to food preparation and presentation
  • Flexibility and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience in the same role (hospitality industry is a plus)
  • Able to join immediately
  • Indonesian Citizen
