Asian Restaurant Manager Job Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Asian Restaurant Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in restaurant management, particularly in Asian or Korean cuisine.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a restaurant management role, with a preference for those experienced in Asian culinary traditions.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Culinary Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Asian culinary traditions and customer preferences.
  • Korean Cuisine Experience: Previous management experience in a Korean restaurant is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Customer Service: Create a welcoming environment and handle customer feedback professionally to enhance satisfaction.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant’s financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with the head chef on menu planning to reflect the restaurant’s concept.
  • Marketing & Promotion: Develop strategies to promote the restaurant and organize events to attract customers.
