Who We Are Looking For: Process Engineer Job Description
At JGC India EPC Private Limited, we are seeking Process Engineers with 4 to 15 years of experience in onshore oil and gas, LNG, refinery, and petrochemical plants. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in reviewing process engineering documents such as PFD (Process Flow Diagrams), P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), data sheets, and more. Additionally, candidates must possess in-depth knowledge of mass and heat transfer, fluid mechanics, system design, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) experience in both basic and detailed engineering phases.
Key Responsibilities of a Process Engineer at JGC India:
- Review and analyze process engineering documents like PFD, P&ID, and data sheets.
- Apply expertise in mass and heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and system design to ensure efficient project execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions for onshore oil and gas, LNG, refinery, and petrochemical plants.
- Participate in both basic and detailed engineering phases of EPC projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
