Restaurant General Manager Job Description
Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
A minimum of five years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar role.
At least five years of customer service management experience.
Demonstrated ability to generate, predict, and analyze financial data, encompassing revenue, labor, inventory, costing, and more.
Profound understanding of food and wine.
Passion for delivering exceptional Customer Service and interacting with guests.
