1. Bartender
Are you passionate about crafting beverages and delivering exceptional customer service? As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of cocktails, beverages, and drinks to the highest standards while ensuring a pleasant experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Ensure the bar is clean, and organized
- Engage with guests, recommend drinks, and provide personalized service
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food and beverages
- Manage bar inventory and assist with stock ordering
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel or high-end bar (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player
2. Guest Service Agent
The Guest Service Agent is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a critical role in providing a warm, welcoming, and efficient service. As a Guest Service Agent, you will handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and any inquiries while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check-in guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist guests’ inquiries or requests.
- Handle guest check-outs, process payments, and maintain accurate billing records.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a similar front desk role (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of POS software is an advantage
3. Telephone Operator
The Telephone Operator is a key role in ensuring seamless communication between guests and the hotel. You will handle all incoming calls, transfer calls to the appropriate departments, and provide guests with accurate information about the hotel and its services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Assist guests with any inquiries or requests over the phone
- Relay messages to the appropriate departments and ensure follow-up
- Maintain an organized log of all calls and guest requests
- Provide information on local area attractions, hotel services, facilities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Telephone Operator or in a similar customer service role (preferred)
- Clear and professional phone etiquette
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Proficiency in using telephone systems and hotel software
