- Front Office: Roles include Front Office Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, Night Manager/Duty Manager, Chief Concierge, and AT Your Service Assistant Manager.
- Housekeeping: Executive Housekeeper, Assistant Executive Housekeeper, Housekeeping Supervisor, Public Area Supervisor, and Laundry Supervisor.
- Spa & Recreation: Spa and Recreation Manager.
- Food and Beverage: Food and Beverage Manager, Restaurant Manager, Assistant Banquet Manager, and F&B and Kitchen Coordinator.
- Culinary: Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, Sous Chef, Pastry Chef, Chief Steward, and Hygiene Manager/Assistant.
