**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide attentive, personalized, and professional service to all guests in our restaurants and lounges.
* Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
* Prepare tables, set up dining areas, and maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization.
* Handle guest queries regarding menu items, ingredients, and potential allergens with confidence and knowledge.
* Collaborate effectively with the entire F&B team to ensure a smooth service flow.

**Required Qualifications & Experience:**
* **Essential: Previous experience as a Waitress in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant is required.**
* Excellent command of the English language; multi-lingual skills are a strong asset.
* Proven ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.
* A professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and a strong customer service focus.
* Knowledge of basic Food Safety and Hygiene procedures.
