🧑‍🍽️ Waiters & Waitresses

Job Summary:
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of our dining experience—delivering attentive, friendly, and prompt service that enhances guest satisfaction and reflects Swisstouches’ high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

• Recommend menu items and provide detailed information

• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service

• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with poise

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel or fine dining environment preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

• Positive attitude and team spirit

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

🧳 Bellboy (Bell Attendant)

Job Summary:
As a Bellboy, you are the first impression of our hotel. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and offer helpful information and support throughout the guest journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests upon arrival with courtesy and efficiency

• Assist with luggage during check-in and check-out

• Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel facilities

• Deliver packages, messages, and amenities as requested

• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the lobby and entrance

• Support the front office team with guest services

Qualifications:

• Friendly personality and excellent grooming standards

• Good command of English and Arabic

• Physically fit to lift and carry luggage

• Prior experience in a luxury hotel is a plus

• Strong customer service orientation

🍽️ Steward (Kitchen Cleaner / Dishwasher)

Job Summary:
The Steward ensures the cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas. You play a vital behind-the-scenes role in maintaining hygiene and smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize dishes, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen tools

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and surfaces

• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently

• Dispose of waste properly and follow recycling procedures

• Assist chefs with basic kitchen cleaning and organization

• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and health standards

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to work various shifts

• Team player with a helpful attitude

• Experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen preferred
