Waiter – The Spaniel Brasserie & Bar

As a Waiter or Waitress, you’ll play a key role in providing top-tier dining service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and satisfied. You’ll be the face of our service experience, combining professionalism with warmth.

Waiter Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and take orders with confidence and accuracy

• Provide menu recommendations and upsell daily specials

• Serve food and beverages according to high service standards

• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of assigned tables

• Handle guest concerns with tact and professionalism

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience as Waiter/Waitress in a fine-dining or upscale casual restaurant (UAE experience preferred)

• Excellent communication and guest interaction skills

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Must be fluent in English; other languages are a bonus

• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
