1. Guest Relations Manager / Assistant Manager Guest Relations

As a Guest Relations Manager/Assistant Manager, you will oversee guest interactions to ensure exceptional hospitality standards. Your responsibilities include welcoming VIP guests, resolving complaints, supervising the guest relations team, and maintaining strong guest loyalty. Ideal candidates should have prior front office or guest relations experience in luxury hotels, excellent communication skills, and strong leadership abilities.

2. Guest Relations Executive

The Guest Relations Executive will be the face of the hotel, providing personalized service to guests. Responsibilities include assisting with check-in/check-out, handling guest inquiries, coordinating special requests, and ensuring every visitor feels valued. Candidates should have a friendly personality, fluency in English, and previous hospitality experience is preferred.

3. Front Office Associate

4. Pool Boy

Candidates should be energetic, service-oriented, and able to work in outdoor environments.

5. Bell Boy

As a Bell Boy, you will assist guests with luggage, provide directions, and support front office operations. 6. Food & Beverage Associate

Food & Beverage Associates will deliver attentive and personalized dining experiences to guests. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, setting up dining areas, and ensuring cleanliness. Previous restaurant or F&B service experience in hotels is an advantage.

7. KST Manager

The KST (Kitchen Stewarding) Manager will oversee the cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas, manage stewarding staff, and ensure compliance with food safety standards. Responsibilities include inventory management of cleaning supplies, dishwashing operations, and coordinating with the culinary team. Candidates must have prior stewarding management experience.

8. Hygiene Manager / Assistant Hygiene Manager

As a Hygiene Manager/Assistant Hygiene Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene across hotel operations. Duties include conducting inspections, staff training, and implementing HACCP standards. A strong background in hygiene management and certifications in food safety are preferred.

9. Housekeeping Associate

10. Housekeeping Executive
