Job Overview: Are you an experienced leader in facility management looking to take your career to the next level? Value Facility Management is seeking a highly skilled Senior Facility Manager to oversee operations across multiple client sites in Qatar. As the Senior Facility Manager, you will be the driving force behind strategic planning, day-to-day operations, compliance, client satisfaction, and team leadership. You will play a vital role in ensuring facilities run smoothly, safely, and efficiently while aligning services with client expectations.
Senior Facility Manager Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy:
Lead and manage the Facility Management Team across multiple client locations.
Serve as the central point of control for all facility-related operations.
Operational Efficiency:
Ensure daily operations meet safety and regulatory standards.
Implement and manage preventive and reactive maintenance programs.
Client Management:
Act as the main liaison between clients and the facility management team.
Strengthen client relationships and align services with contractual obligations.
Project & Financial Management:
Manage and execute facility projects within budget and deadlines.
Oversee financial performance, reporting to the Operations Manager.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines.
Conduct regular audits and submit detailed performance reports.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 15 years of experience in Facility Management (Gulf region preferred).
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience managing large teams and complex facility portfolios.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
Familiarity with industry standards and FM best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience in client reporting and KPI-driven performance analysis.
Must possess a valid Qatar driving license, QID, and NOC.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
Proficient in SAP and other facility management software.
