Job Overview: Are you an experienced leader in facility management looking to take your career to the next level? Value Facility Management is seeking a highly skilled Senior Facility Manager to oversee operations across multiple client sites in Qatar. As the Senior Facility Manager, you will be the driving force behind strategic planning, day-to-day operations, compliance, client satisfaction, and team leadership. You will play a vital role in ensuring facilities run smoothly, safely, and efficiently while aligning services with client expectations.


Senior Facility Manager Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy:

  • Lead and manage the Facility Management Team across multiple client locations.

  • Serve as the central point of control for all facility-related operations.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Ensure daily operations meet safety and regulatory standards.

  • Implement and manage preventive and reactive maintenance programs.

Client Management:

  • Act as the main liaison between clients and the facility management team.

  • Strengthen client relationships and align services with contractual obligations.

Project & Financial Management:

  • Manage and execute facility projects within budget and deadlines.

  • Oversee financial performance, reporting to the Operations Manager.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines.

  • Conduct regular audits and submit detailed performance reports.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Facility Management (Gulf region preferred).

  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven experience managing large teams and complex facility portfolios.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.

  • Familiarity with industry standards and FM best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Hands-on experience in client reporting and KPI-driven performance analysis.

  • Must possess a valid Qatar driving license, QID, and NOC.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.

  • Proficient in SAP and other facility management software.
