The Sales and Events Manager is responsible for growing private event business and managing all event logistics at The Spaniel. This role combines sales strategy with on-the-ground execution and client relationship building.

Sales and Events Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage private dining/event sales strategy

  • Handle client inquiries, proposals, and contracts

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events with internal teams

  • Maintain partnerships with local vendors and organizations

  • Ensure all events are delivered smoothly and professionally

  • Monitor budgets, invoicing, and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in event sales or restaurant hospitality sales

  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills

  • Strong planning, organizational, and follow-up skills

  • Knowledge of local corporate and social event market

  • Experience in a high-end hospitality or F&B environment
