The Sales and Events Manager is responsible for growing private event business and managing all event logistics at The Spaniel. This role combines sales strategy with on-the-ground execution and client relationship building.
Sales and Events Manager Responsibilities:
Develop and manage private dining/event sales strategy
Handle client inquiries, proposals, and contracts
Plan, coordinate, and execute events with internal teams
Maintain partnerships with local vendors and organizations
Ensure all events are delivered smoothly and professionally
Monitor budgets, invoicing, and performance metrics
Requirements:
2+ years experience in event sales or restaurant hospitality sales
Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
Strong planning, organizational, and follow-up skills
Knowledge of local corporate and social event market
Experience in a high-end hospitality or F&B environment
