Job Overview: Here Baa Atoll Maldives is seeking an experienced Roohu (Butler) Manager to lead our elite butler service team. This role is central to delivering personalized and memorable experiences for every guest. As part of our pre-opening team, you will shape the butler service culture at one of the Maldives’ most anticipated luxury resorts.
Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and inspire the Roohu (Butler) team to exceed guest expectations
Ensure personalized and seamless butler services for VIP guests
Implement service standards that reflect luxury and exclusivity
Coordinate with other departments to deliver curated experiences
