Restaurant Managers: We’re looking for an outstanding candidate to join our team, someone with a strong background in luxury brands, high-end restaurants, or reputable hospitality groups. The ideal candidate is currently based in the UAE and brings proven experience in Mediterranean or European cuisine concepts.
We’re seeking a leader with excellent team management skills, a guest-focused approach, and a sharp eye for detail. A commitment to service excellence is a must, along with the ability to inspire and elevate those around them.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and high standards

• Lead, train, and motivate the FOH team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

• Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to maintain service flow and quality

• Manage floor planning, reservations, and guest flow during peak times

• Monitor financial performance including budgets, costs, and revenue targets

• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and efficiently

• Ensure compliance with all hygiene, health, and safety regulations
