Restaurant Manager – All Day Dining Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the All-Day Dining restaurant
- Supervise live Teppanyaki and Tandoori stations, ensuring authentic and interactive service
- Mentor and guide staff through training, coaching, and performance feedback
- Engage with guests and respond to feedback with professionalism and warmth
- Maintain brand standards across all service touchpoints
📌 Ideal Candidate:
- 2–3 years’ leadership experience in hospitality or resorts
- Expertise in dining operations and service excellence
- Exceptional communication and guest engagement skills
- Proven ability to inspire teams and uphold high standards
- Strategic, organized, and solution-oriented thinker
