Reservations Supervisor

The Reservations Supervisor oversees the reservations process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to brand standards. You’ll support the team, monitor performance, manage overbooking situations, and coordinate closely with Revenue and Front Office departments.

Location: Mileo, The Palm – Dubai

Reservations Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train the reservations team

  • Manage group bookings, VIPs, and special requests

  • Monitor room inventory, availability, and rates in collaboration with Revenue Manager

  • Handle guest complaints or escalation professionally

  • Analyze reservation trends and assist in forecasting

  • Ensure all team members follow company SOPs and maintain quality service

  • Coordinate daily tasks and reporting for the reservations desk

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a hotel reservations or front office role, including supervisory experience

  • Familiarity with reservation systems (Opera, Protel, or similar)

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Team leadership experience with a customer-centric approach
