Reservations Agent

Position Summary: As a Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests making reservations. You’ll handle booking inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth pre-arrival experience while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.

Location: Mileo, The Palm – Dubai

Reservations Agent Responsibilities:

• Handle reservation calls, emails, and online booking requests efficiently

• Enter and manage reservations in the hotel system accurately

• Upsell room types and packages to maximize revenue

• Provide information about rates, availability, promotions, and hotel services

• Maintain guest profiles and preferences in the system

• Work closely with the Front Office and Sales teams for seamless guest handling

• Ensure all confirmations and pre-arrival correspondence are sent on time

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hotel reservations or front office

• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette

• Knowledge of PMS (e.g., Opera, Protel, etc.) is preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
