Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Owners Association Manager to join our team. This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of owner associations, ensuring smooth facility management, nurturing positive community relationships, and driving best practices in property administration.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise community operations and maintenance services
Implement transparent and compliant property management procedures
Foster strong relationships with homeowners, service providers, and regulatory bodies
Monitor budgets, financial reports, and ensure timely execution of services
Ensure compliance with UAE property laws and regulations
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Property, Community, or Facilities Management
Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with UAE property regulations
Financial acumen: Budgeting, financial reporting, AP/AR, and account reconciliation
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
Property Management Certification is a plus
