About the Role: Richmond Engineering & Management is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale engineering projects in NEOM, Saudi Arabia. This role demands exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and project delivery expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage engineering and construction projects from inception to completion.

• Ensure projects meet budget, quality, and schedule targets.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

• Manage contracts, resources, and risk assessments.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related field.

• 15+ years of project management experience.

• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership.

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
