General Responsibilities:

As Project Manager – Camp & Catering, you will:

• Oversee all aspects of camp and catering operations.

• Ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.

• Lead, plan, and supervise catering and housekeeping teams.

• Maintain strict compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

• Manage budgets, inventory, and procurement for camps.

• Ensure regulatory compliance in health, safety, and food handling.

• Build and maintain strong client and contractor relationships.

• Solve on-site issues swiftly and professionally.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in camp management and catering services.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Budgeting and cost control expertise.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of local and international food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, etc.).
