Job Overview: Sheraton Grand Doha Resort & Convention Hotel is seeking an Outside Catering Supervisor to lead and coordinate off-site catering events across Doha. From corporate functions to luxury private gatherings, you will ensure that every detail — from setup to service — meets our five-star standards and leaves guests delighted.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of outside catering operations, from logistics to guest service.

• Coordinate event setup, food presentation, and beverage service according to event requirements.

• Manage catering team members and assign tasks to ensure efficient execution.

• Liaise with clients to confirm event details and ensure satisfaction.

• Oversee safe food handling, storage, and transport in compliance with Qatar health regulations.

• Monitor inventory, equipment, and supplies for each catering event.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in catering or banquet operations within luxury hotels or high-end catering companies.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
