Rosewood AMAALA, part of the ultra-luxury Red Sea Global destination, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Outlets to join its pre-opening team. This role will oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurants and bars, ensuring flawless execution and guest satisfaction.
Role Overview
The Operations Manager – Outlets is responsible for leading outlet managers and their teams, ensuring the smooth delivery of dining experiences across the resort. The role requires operational excellence, people leadership, and the ability to inspire teams to achieve Rosewood’s world-class service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of assigned restaurants and bars.
Drive guest satisfaction through consistent luxury service delivery.
Support pre-opening activities including recruitment, training, and SOP development.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and operational efficiencies.
Build strong cross-departmental collaboration for seamless guest experiences.
Coach, motivate, and mentor outlet managers and associates.
Requirements
8+ years of F&B operations leadership in luxury hotels or resorts.
Proven success in managing multiple outlets.
Strong people leadership and problem-solving skills.
Pre-opening expertise highly desirable.
