Role Overview
As the Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring high service standards, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction. You will coordinate across multiple departments, work closely with the General Manager, and maintain IHG’s brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily hotel operations across all departments
Ensure compliance with IHG brand standards and operational policies
Support staff training and development initiatives
Manage guest feedback and implement service improvements
Work with department heads to achieve operational and financial goals

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel operations leadership
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
Pre-opening experience is an advantage
