We’re looking for a Bilingual Online Sales Associate to deliver a luxury online shopping experience and represent our brands to clients across the GCC and beyond — through WhatsApp, Instagram, and online platforms.
You’ll help customers find the perfect abaya, leather bag, or fragrance, provide VIP service, and close online sales with confidence.

🔍 What You’ll Do:
Chat with clients, offer product advice, and close online sales with style and confidence.
Recommend products & close sales online.
Work with top brands: Louzan, Cavallo, Ousha.
Build long-term relationships with loyal and VIP clients .
Coordinate orders, deliveries, and ensure a seamless online shopping journey.
Work closely with marketing for new launches, offers, and influencer campaigns.
Hit and exceed monthly sales targets while offering 5-star service.

✅ What You Need:
2-4 years of experience in online sales, customer service, or e-commerce.
A passion for fashion, fragrance, and luxury lifestyle.
Excellent communication in English & Arabic.
Confidence using Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Shopify, or similar tools.
A motivated, stylish, and self-driven attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
