Night Manager: Are you passionate about luxury hospitality and ready to lead by example during the most peaceful hours of the day? Sunborn London is currently seeking a dedicated and service-driven Night Manager to oversee our night operations and ensure a seamless guest experience from dusk till dawn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the night operations of the hotel, including reception, guest services, and security

• Oversee night audit procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting

• Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and urgency

• Supervise and support night staff, ensuring exceptional standards are upheld at all times

• Coordinate emergency procedures and ensure guest safety and property security

• Perform end-of-day procedures and ensure accurate handovers to the morning team

• Maintain lobby and public area standards during the night

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Night Manager or similar supervisory role within a 4 or 5-star hotel

• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

• Excellent knowledge of hotel front office systems (e.g., Opera or similar PMS)

• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure and during emergency situations

• A warm, guest-focused approach and a commitment to service excellence

• Flexible and dependable with the ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
