HVAC Technician – Engineering & Maintenance Department

The Engineering Department at **Warwick Doha Hotel** plays a crucial role in maintaining our luxury facilities. We are looking for an experienced and certified **HVAC Technician** to ensure the optimal performance and efficiency of all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems throughout the property.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on all hotel HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and cooling towers.
* Diagnose mechanical and electrical defects and ensure systems are compliant with all safety standards.
* Respond promptly to maintenance requests from all departments related to climate control and air quality.
* Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed and parts used.
* Collaborate with the Chief Engineer and other maintenance team members on major projects and emergency repairs.

**Required Qualifications & Experience:**
* Certification or trade qualification as an **HVAC Technician**.
* Proven experience in a similar role, **preferably within a large hotel or commercial building environment.**
* In-depth knowledge of various HVAC systems, refrigeration principles, and associated electrical controls.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to read technical blueprints and schematics.
* Adherence to all safety protocols and procedures.
